Derek & Shelli’s E-Session

Last Wednesday we had the pleasure of doing an engagement session with Derek & Shelli! We went to a local park here in Janesville, Palmer Park, and we had a great time. They brought along their little boy, Parker, who was so cute we couldn’t help but snap some photos of him too!
We had fun with bubbles, park equipment, and a little one-on-one time while the ever so gracious better half of mine played with the little guy so I could steal the parents away for a bit. Their wedding is in November and we are very excited. We hope you enjoy this little sneak peek and we can’t wait to show the rest to the happy couple!

4th of July Family Session

Better late than never… My family had the pleasure of spending the 4th of July weekend with the most wonderful family ever! We had such a great time with them, we felt as if we were part of the family. Our weekend took place in Pittsville, WI. We cooked out, watched fireworks, cooked out some more, and even entered the Heart & Soul 2k race. Not I, of course, but my two kids and my best friend’s husband, son and nephew. I was very proud of all of them!
So fast forwarding to the last day of the weekend, Sunday, we had the honor of photographing the family we stayed with. I have to admit I was a little nervous, because of the size of the family, but they totally put me at ease and made it fun. We did some individual group family shots, large group family shots, and fun little individual shots. So here’s a little sneak peek of the session. Thank you again everyone for having us in your homes, we had the best time!

Sam’s TTD Session

We had the pleasure of doing our first ever Trash The Dress (TTD) session last Thursday with our neighbor, Sam. What this session entailed was having Sam wear her wedding dress and for her to let us take her out and about around town and do some fun photo shoots. What’s so great about doing this type of session is that we get to do some awesome, fun, crazy, and creative stuff without worrying about ruining the dress! Bill and I had such a great time, THANK YOU Sam!! Her photos are so ROCKIN’ that I can’t wait to another session like this!

Here’s what would happen. Sometime over the summer or into the fall, we’d do a free senior session with you. After that, you would get some rep cards to hand out to your friends. For every friend that books a session with us, you get to earn credit towards free prints. Your friends who book will also get 8 free wallets for booking with your rep card.

Ryan & Tammy’s Engagement Session…

On Sunday we had the pleasure of spending some time with Ryan & Tammy! We began our fun filled session at the Overture Center in Madison, WI. From there we paid a visit to the Capital and took some very fun shots! Next stop is the UW Union Station and let me tell you this couple were such good sports, we loved every bit of it. 
We then had them get into the water, which was AWESOME! Thanks Ryan for being such a good sport about it. 
Our last final stop was at Olbrich Gardens. It was so beautiful there, we could’ve spent the whole day. We even ended up having a little picnic with a bottle of wine, grapes and cheese to top it off. Thank you Tammy and Ryan for sharing your tasty wine with us, we very much enjoyed it. We hope you had a great time, we know we did and we are very much looking forward to your August 2009 wedding.
